Widened Aperture: The aperture has been widened. The dimensions of the grinding jig are accurate. The diameter of the inlet and outlet holes is 0.7" / 18 mm, the distance between the inlet and outlet holes is 2.5" / 64 mm; suitable for the diameter of the gouges is 0.6" / 16 mm.

Black Coating Surface: vari-grind attachment surface by spraying powder coating to the support surface with powder spraying equipment. Powder spraying is superior to spray paint in mechanical strength, adhesion, corrosion resistance, and aging resistance.

Easy to Install: The vari-grind side grinding jig is integrated for effortless installation. We will provide a hexagonal handle that can be installed by hand. Put the rod that needs to be processed into the hole, tighten the screw to fix the rod, and you can operate it on the grinder.

Wide Application: The lathe tool sharpening jig is widely used, mainly for grinding machines, to fix metal or wood blocks that need to be polished. It is designed to be used with the wolverine grinding jig—the system for sharpening woodturning tools with a standard bench-style grinder.
